  1. INTRODUCTION
  2.  
  3. The best strategy for winning is PREPARATION! This involves
  4. trying out different strategies and seeing which ones work for
  5. you. The mini version of CASINO PLANNER includes strategies that
  6. cover a wide range of capabilities of the software. The mini
  7. version, however, will not allow you to modify these strategies
  8. (i.e. change bet amounts or bet types under the "Make-A-Bet"
  9. dialog). Most other features are not disabled. 
  10.  
  11. For example, you can change the Money Management numbers under
  12. the StrategyMaster menu. This will allow you to "fine-tune" the
  13. mini strategies. Most of these strategies have Money Management
  14. numbers that will result in a slightly better than 50% WinRating.
  15. This gives you a good starting point for Money Management.  In
  16. the Money Management dialog, try changing the win goal, loss
  17. limit and time limit. You can also change parameters under the
  18. options menu such as "Number of session" to be run by
  19. StrategyMaster. This will allow you to control the the time it
  20. takes to run StrategyMaster and the accuracy of the results.

  22. Run StrategyMaster and look at the results in the "Overall
  23. results" display. You will see vital information about the
  24. strategy you've just run such as the Fundamental Five, Highs
  25. and Lows, Averages and Totals.

  27. (Remember, strategies provided in this mini are just a SAMPLE of
  28. the capabilities of CASINO PLANNER. To unleash the full power of
  29. CASINO PLANNER you need the registered version.)

  32. The following is a brief description of strategies included with
  33. the mini. By changing the Money Management numbers, you can get
  34.  familiar with "fine-tuning" a strategy to try and get the
  35.  Fundamental Five results that you are looking for.
  36.  
  37. ALLBETS.WC1
  38.  
  39. This strategy shows all the bets active at the same time! It's
  40. not a practical strategy but it's fun to watch. Under the options
  41. menu, select "General". You can adjust the animation settings.
  42. Activate the check box "Single step through the results", set 
  43. slide control "Roll results" to 1.0, and Between roll" to 1. Go
  44. back to the table display and click the Auto Roll button.
  45. Notice, just like the real casino, losing bets are collect first,
  46. then winning bets are paid off and the new bets are made. Also,
  47. there are different effects for these actions. Press the Stop
  48.  button to disable Auto Roll.

  52. This is an interesting strategy because it is betting both the
  53. Pass and Don't Pass bets at the same time. This is a strategy for
  54. the "Don't" player. The problem with betting Don't Pass alone
  55. is 7 on the comeout roll. By making a Pass bet also, you are 
  56. protecting the Don't Pass bet from the dreaded 7 on the comeout.
  57. This is known as a hedge bet. Therefore, on the comeout roll only
  58. the 12 will lose. Once the point is established, double free odds
  59.  is made on the Don't Pass bet where the 7 is working for you. 
  60. There are alot of variations that can be made with this type of
  61. strategy. For example, once the point is established, you can use
  62. the free odds to protect (or hedge) Place bets such as Place 6
  63. and Place 8.  The registered version has many more examples.

  67. This strategy uses the basic Pass Line bet. If a good point
  68. number IS NOT established (i.e. 4 or 10) then a one Come bet is
  69. made to try and get a better point number. Here you can see the
  70. versatility of using Come bets. Notice that both the Pass and 
  71. Come bets have double free odds.

  73. FIELD001.WC1

  75. This strategy uses the famous Martingale method. Martingale is
  76. based on the premise that a bet will eventually win. Therefore, 
  77. by doubling a bet when it loses means the loses will eventually
  78. be recouped. The problem with this method is the table bet limit
  79. not to mention that huge bankroll is needed to play. The 
  80. FIELD001.WC1 strategy is a variation of Martingale. After the
  81. bet reaches $160, the strategy stops chasing the "win" and
  82. returns back to the initial bet and Martingale starts over.

  84. FIELD002.WC1
  85.  
  86. This strategy is similar to the FIELD001.WC1 with one exception.
  87. Instead of returning back to initial bet at $160, simply remain
  88. at $160 until the bet wins and then return back to initial bet.

  90. Note: FIELD001.WC1 and FIELD002.WC1 are simple examples that 
  91. demonstrate the Bet Sequencer feature of the software.

  95. This strategy uses the free odds bet of the Don't Pass bet to
  96. protect the Field bet and Place bets on the point roll. Now,
  97. a roll of 7 on a point roll is not so devastating and now you
  98. are ready for a "hot" roll.

  101.  
  102. This strategy is a hedge system that uses the Lay 10 bet to
  103. protect against the 7 while betting the four inside Place
  104. numbers.

  108. This strategy shows how to use both the Place and Buy bets
  109. together. It's better to Buy the 4 and 10 then to Place them. 
  110. With the registered version, you can try Placing the 4 and 10
  111. and seeing the difference in performance of the two strategies.

  115. This strategy is good for the player who is new to the game. 
  116. Master the Pass line first before trying other advanced
  117. strategies.

  120.  
  121. This strategy takes advantage of the frequent rolls of 6 and 8.
  122. There are 10 ways to win with the 6 and 8, and there are 6 ways
  123. to lose. Almost a 2:1 chance of winning each time the dice are
  124. rolled. (With the registered version, try the Martingale system
  125. with this strategy and see what kind of results you get.)

  129. This strategy shows how easy it is to use the Bet Sequencer to
  130. "press" Place bets when they are winning.

  134. In conclusion, it is important to understand that CASINO PLANNER
  135. is an application (i.e. tool) to be used in preparing a winning
  136. trip to the casino. You can easily lose alot of money
  137. experimenting at the casino. BE PREPARED first. Once at the
